Actually, it would be funny. But of course. It's just a better laugh.

We used to have the right to freely use Kali Linux in Myanmar. Therefore, it can be said that the number of users has improved a lot.

During the Backtrack era, the user population was very small. Later, after changing the name to Kali Linux, the user base has improved year by year. Except for 2021.

In 2021, all of our freedoms were grossly violated.

The main (default) source of Kali Linux, http.kali.org, has been added to the list to be blocked by many ISPs in Myanmar.

It is not very obvious for WiFi users who use Fiber Internet, but for those who use phones. Especially for Telenor users, it is quite obvious.

apt update

apt upgrade

apt dist-upgrade

apt full-upgrade

apt install  

We cannot use above things without VPN. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

As you all know. When we are using Linux as Primary, not being able to use this apt causes us a lot of trouble.

Before posting this article, I thought it over.

You should not post it. Until now, I only told people outside of my course about the Kali source being closed, and I didn't say anything else.

It's taking a long time to say whether you should or not.

How to use the closed source.

For those who don't know, let's continue reading. Those who know can be calm. 

If you want to use apts in Kali, there are 2 ways.

1. If it's blocked, it will switch to a source that hasn't been blocked yet

Or

2. I will use a VPN.

Among those 2, 1 is easy. 2 is how to choose which VPN to use. It will also be a really affordable VPN to use. If not, it's not easy. And the resulting VPN is 100% free. Otherwise, in this period of tight income, monthly fees will not be convenient. There are things to think about.

1 is easy. 2 is even easier. It's even better.

In this article, I will talk about 1.

After monitoring the situation, if you should post 2, I will continue to post.

At the moment, there are no plans to tell the public.

Which source of Kali will you use?

The mirror I will use is kali.download. 

Copy the above command and paste it in Terminal.

You can copy by pressing the Copy command button.

Then enter.

Password: If prompted, enter your login password and press enter.

There is nothing on the terminal while typing the password. Type what you want to type and press enter.

After

Try typing sudo apt update.

You will find it convenient.

I would like to return to the era of free access, even if I can use it in any way. People can reach their goals as soon as possible ...
